The problem we're solving

HOA management software has always treated accounting as an afterthought — a module bolted on after the fact. The result is double entry, data exports, and reconciliation nightmares every month. Meanwhile, generic accounting software doesn't understand HOA funds, reserve studies, or assessment structures.

We built allhoa™ on top of allboox™, a full corporate accounting core, from day one. That means HOA accounting and business operations share the same ledger — no syncing, no exports, no gaps.

Who we are

We're a small team of accountants, property managers, and product engineers who have lived the problem firsthand. We know what a reserve study should look like, how assessment runs should flow through the ledger, and why the owner portal matters at 9pm when a homeowner can't find their payment history.
